This Friday, October 8, the thirty-sixth anniversary of the Mostra do Encaixe Diputación de A Coruña will begin, which will feature, until Tuesday, October 12, a total of 12 major brands, 11 participations in the new ArtEncaixe section, palilleras meetings, the Paris de Noia concert, traditional music (by the bagpipe groups 'Abrindo Rejo', 'Con todo en banda' and 'Vaiche boa'), the presentation of the online platform MerCamariñas, a three-dimensional projection and various exhibitions.

Prior to the official inauguration, which is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, October 8, at 5:00 p.m., an extraordinary plenary session of the Camariñan corporation will be held to invest Xosé Luis Blanco Campaña as the municipality's favorite son.

The inauguration will be attended by the mayor, Sandra Insua; the Government delegate, José Miñones; and the president of the Provincial Council of A Coruña, Valentín González Formoso.

At 6:30 p.m., the PequeEncaixe fashion show will be held, followed by the presentation of the catwalk of major brands with international model Damián Álvarez, and the day will be closed by the fashion show of major designers.
