The thirty-fifth edition of the Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña will be a great success, and visitors will be able to purchase household items, fashion accessories, souvenirs and much more at the various Camariñas Lace stands!
The Mostra is an incomparable showcase for local artisans, who show off their skills during the five days of the event and offer the public high-quality products. This year, 12 stands from different artisans from Camariñas are participating: El Rincón de los Sueños, Asoc. Prof. De Palilleiras Rendas, Asoc. Puntillas de Camariñas, Encaixa-T, Encajes Gelina, Encajes Maruja, Resinheira, Galencaixe, Nadia en Vela, Ondas do Mar, A Tenda de María Rosa and Cornechiño de Lita.
In addition, you can also enjoy the products of artisans from outside: Ana Trasariz, Arte en Palla, Artesanía Nía, “As Nemanquiñas”, Asociación Palilleiras “A Nosa Señora da Barca”, Encaixes Arjomil, Encaixes Belén, Encaixes Lucita, Fils i Agulles Carme Espriu, Mulleres Rurais Moraime, Olería de Buño, Project Market 13 and Tejas Pintadas.
There will also be a social and institutional space with the Association against Cancer – Local Board of Camariñas, Virxe do Carme Association of Camariñas, Camariñas City Council, A Coruña Provincial Council, Ponte Friki and we will also have a Violet Point.
In the international context, there will be an appointment with international-level straw workers from Córdoba and Buenos Aires, in Argentina; from Sofia, Bulgaria; from Krakovany, Slovakia; from Novedrate, Italy; from Bobowa, Poland; from Serra d'el Rei and Peniche, Portugal and also from Arenis de Arenys del Mar, from Spain.
The live craft demonstrations will be carried out by the potters of Buño, Miyuki and Tejas Pintadas with exhibitions of natural stone costume jewelry assembly.
