Emerging Galician fashion brand Anamingo will present a collection for the first time at the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid (MBFWM) catwalk. The brand, which participated in the Great Designers' parade of the XXXIII Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña, will unveil its new proposal, 'Ajuar', which incorporates Camariñas lace, on September 15 in the Spanish capital.
The 'Ajuar' collection delves into the relationship between traditional elements of the ajuar and the personal experiences that transform a home over time. Through this visual narrative, Anamigo delves into the layers of memory that domestic spaces accumulate. The collection evokes an intimate reflection on how everyday objects can be filled with memories and meaning over the years.
To develop its pieces, Anamingo counted on various collaborations, among which the firm itself highlights "the support of the Camariñas Council with the incorporation of the traditional Camariñas Lace in several garments, with an approach and revaluation of culture and craftsmanship in a purely contemporary proposal".
Anamingo participates in the MBFWM thanks to the Allianz Ego platform, which supports and promotes emerging talent in Spanish fashion. In addition, Anamigo was selected as one of the finalists for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent Award, a prestigious award that since 2013 stands out for discovering and giving visibility to emerging designers, helping to consolidate their careers.
