Attendees of the XXXI Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña will be able to enjoy daily tastings of different seafood products at the event venue, an action aimed at exalting the richness of local gastronomy.
On Thursday there will be turbot provided by Stolt Sea Farm, on Friday octopus from Gallego Pereira, on Saturday also octopus from Frigoríficos Canosa and on the closing day attendees will be able to enjoy sea urchin caviar from Pescados Pedreira.
The octopus and sea urchin caviar tasting will be at the stands that each company will have in the venue, while the turbot tasting will be at the Mostra bar. All will be free, upon presentation of the Mostra ticket, while stocks last.
Furthermore, Industrias Cerdeimar has continued to collaborate with the Mostra for 30 years, as they have done since its inception, installing their own stand and providing different canned products.
"This was already a project that we had in 2020, when we had to cancel the Mostra due to the pandemic. The objective is to bring our wealth inside the Mostra so that visitors can get to know our companies and their quality products," highlights the councilor of Encaixe, Encarna Liñeiro.
