Dynamic and entertaining parades on the catwalk of the XXXIV Camariñas Lace Fair

The company Gubem Event, owned by Damián Álvarez from Vitoria-Gasteiz, will be in charge of coordinating the catwalk for the fourth consecutive year. “We are focusing, above all, on Galician models, we identify figures who can go far and we give them their first opportunity in Camariñas,” explains Damián.

The catwalk of the XXXIV Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña is standing out as a national reference in terms of organization and visual proposal, presenting structured, dynamic and entertaining shows for the public, both for the most expert and for those approaching the world of fashion for the first time.

The company Gubem Event, owned by Damián Álvarez from Vitoria-Gasteiz, is in charge of organizing and coordinating these parades. It will be the fourth consecutive year and, as Damián explains, they are “very happy to repeat, with great enthusiasm and a lot of excitement”.

Anyone who comes to the Mostra during Easter will be able to enjoy parades, in the morning and in the afternoon, which, although they belong to different categories, follow the same pattern: "they must be a spectacle, they must be worked on, we put a lot of emphasis on the choreography, the lights and the music because we want it to be a very dynamic and entertaining spectacle to watch."

“I encourage people who have never seen a fashion show live to come, I'm sure they'll be surprised,” says Damián, who refers to the fact that “last year at the Mostra, all the fashion shows were sold out, with many 'Sold Out', and this shows that people are interested, we hope to repeat the same this year.”

To do this, they will maintain the philosophy of “betting, above all, on the talent of Galician models” and for this “we identify figures who can go far and give them their first opportunity with major firms in Camariñas”. “There are very interesting new profiles and others that repeat from previous editions, which gives us the certainty that we will have professional work”, he emphasizes.

“As a novelty, this year we have been organizing the Despunte fashion shows, from ESAD Mestre Mateo, and there we were able to capture several interesting profiles of the volunteers who participate as models and who we are going to bring to Camariñas,” he says.
