The 'ArtEncaixe' parade of the XXXII Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña has the last two confirmations: Arteviares, specialized in glass crafts, and Janet Schulz, who works with bridal headpieces.
For Arteviares, participating in the Mostra once again "remains a great challenge, which helps us to keep innovating and get out of our comfort zone". "Last year was our first participation, and we were delighted to see how an event of this nature opens up to the world to show our culture and craftsmanship", they say.
"This year we have dared with new accessories and clothes, we have started to make pieces such as sandals, headdresses, epaulettes, as well as new models of accessories that are completely different from last year's and we have based a lot on the tradition of both the accessories chosen, as well as the theme, putting value on bodoques, chopsticks and our family tradition", they point out.

For her part, Janet Schulz believes that "returning to the Show, on the one hand, is still a challenge to work on creativity, and, on the other, it is a pride as a Galician to put my grain of sand to try to give value to the work of all the artisans we have in our land". "I have been associated with the Mostra for many years, I started working there as a model and then, when I started with my brand, I participated in the parade with my pieces", he comments.
"I will wear three pieces. We are dedicated to making headdresses, we work mainly with brides. This year in the world of brides, tiaras are worn a lot. Our proposal is tiaras made with Camariñas lace in which we have fused porcelain flowers and our flowers made of silk, our distinctive brand", he emphasizes.
