Alfonso de Sas and Ana García close the literary presentations of the XXXIV Camariñas Lace Festival

Today, Saturday, April 19, Alfonso de Sas and Ana García were in charge of putting an end to the wide and varied literary programming of the XXXVI Mostra do Encaixe de Camariñas Provincial Council of A Coruña.

The writer Alfonso de Sas returned to the Mostra to present a new edition of 'El Cementerio de los Ingleses', a work inspired by the real events of the sinking of the HMS Serpent, of the British Royal Navy, off the coast of Camariñas in November 1890, in which 172 crew members perished and only 3 survived.

Finally, photojournalist Ana García presented her publication 'Mar de Ardora, Mar de Galicia', a compendium of beautiful images about the magic that marine bioluminescence can create.
