Lots of music at the XXXIV Camariñas Lace Festival with Daughters of Cassandra, Budiño and Soledad Vidal

The artists will offer recitals on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Music could not be missing from the program of the thirty-fourth edition of the Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña, in which Cassandra's Daughters, Soledad Vidal and Pudding They will offer concerts on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, respectively. 

For the opening, between the 'PequEncaixe' and 'Grandes Firmas' parades of Wednesday, April 16, Sara Faro and María SOA will inaugurate the musical programming of this edition and after releasing three new singles: Hibernate, Burn and To break. 

This Galician musical duo combines Galician oral and musical tradition with feminism, Greek mythology and modern sounds. Their stage proposal and artistic quality are committed to the recovery of traditional melodies and new lyrics. Their compositions move from emotional to lighthearted, achieving a connection between the different generations that follow them wherever they go. 

On Thursday, April 17th at 8:15 p.m., Soledad Vidal will offer 'Cantares Atlánticos', a show that travels through Galician poetry and evocative images, with songs such as Maria Solina or LelaIn this moving journey, the artist, originally from Camelle, accompanied by pianist Aurelio Virbay, pays tribute to all those women who, beyond pain and loss, build their lives with courage, in a portrait of a Galicia that is capable of looking at its shadow, its Black Shadow to be able to celebrate life. 

The XXXIV Camariñas Lace Exhibition will be closed by the Provincial Council of A Coruña Xosé Manuel Budiño, after the last parades of this edition, which will begin at 7:30 p.m. 

One of the great exponents of Galician music, he is an artist by origin and universal by destiny, a convinced traveler, a tireless creator, an innovator by conviction and a dreamer of impossible melodies. Pudding He is an atypical artist; it is difficult to find someone who arouses so much admiration among his own. He is inspired by the small flavors of roots music, but always with the intention of creating music with his own style.
