Presentation of Serpent Beer at the XXXI Mostra do Encaixe

The XXXI Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña hosted the presentation of the beer 'Serpent', a project by César de León, a native of Dor (A Ponte do Porto).

The three types of 'Serpent' beers, the lager, the pale lager and the Franciscan, are taking center stage in the cafeteria area of this thirty-first edition of the Mostra, where they can be tasted on any of the five days of the event.

The mayor of Camariñas, Sandra Insua, explained that "the spirit of this Mostra is the same that I and my government team have been applying to all the policies we carry out in the City Council: that of betting on the talent we have in Camariñas because there is a lot of talent here that only needs a little boost to be able to unleash its full potential."

Of César de León, he highlighted that he had to "emigrate to Switzerland and returned with very clear ideas. He wanted to set up a craft beer factory and have it in Camariñas. He's already halfway there, now we hope he can soon move his brewery to our municipality."

For his part, the founder of Serpent emphasized that "to have everything in Camariñas we only needed our own beer, and we already have it."
