The Granada designer Claudina Mata and the Spanish fashion brand K-KOU, based in Madrid, will be at the XXXII Camariñas Lace Fair of the Provincial Council of A Coruña.
The signature Claudine Mata, which is at the level of the major national commercial firms in the world of ceremony and prêt-à-porter, will thus add its sixth participation in the event and the designer advances that "this year I will present a preview of what will be the bridal collection of the year 2024, which I am keeping exclusively for Camariñas".
Claudina feels "very proud to be part of the Mostra family and of that tradition, I can no longer imagine my wedding dresses or my designs without Camariñas lace". I like them so much and they are so valuable that I want them every year with me. All my clients love it when I tell them that they are made by artisans from the north of Spain, with years and years of tradition. They all want to wear it in their dresses for their special day," he says.
For his part, Montse Gallego, CEO of K-KOU, a brand that exports to the entire national territory, repeats for the second consecutive year at the Mostra, that for her "it means the pride of participating in the most important craft project in Spain and from my humble position, to support so that the fit never disappears".
The collection that will bring to Camariñas "is called 'Light and life' and I can only say one thing: freshness, much freshness, and much light". "The lace brings delicacy and art, it makes the pieces become unique, we make very small series that with the lace become museum pieces. In fact, we keep them all", he emphasizes.
