This Wednesday, April 13, the thirty-first edition of the Mostra do Encaixe Diputación de A Coruña will begin, which will feature, until Sunday, April 17, a total of 12 major brands, 12 participations in the ArtEncaixe section, 25 new designers, the new VodaEncaixe space, meetings of palilleras, concerts by Xabier Díaz, Irma Macías or El Combo Dominicano, traditional music and much more.
The official inauguration will be tomorrow, Wednesday 13 April, starting at 5pm in the Mostra do Encaixe pavilion. The mayor of Camariñas, Sandra Insua; the president of the A Coruña Provincial Council, Valentín González Formoso; the deputy delegate of the Government, María Rivas; and the delegate of the Xunta de Galicia, Gonzalo Trenor, will speak.
At 6:00 p.m., the PequeEncaixe fashion show will be held, followed by the Great Designers catwalk, with a performance by Irma Macías to raise funds for the STOP FA Ataxia Association. This year, as a novelty, the fashion show coordinator will be international model Damián Álvarez, through his company Gubem Event.
The cost will be two euros for the pass to the venue, and two euros for each parade. You can purchase a pass for entrance to the venue and a parade for three euros and a voucher for entrance to the venue every day plus one parade per day for twelve euros. The use of a sanitary mask will be essential.
