The XXXIV Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña registered a record attendance with 23,390 visitors, the best figure since 2011. The catwalk hosted the XXXI New Designers Competition, in which Estefanía and Pedro Orgaz won with their work MiterThere were also parades of SmallLace, Senior Lacemakers, international creators, designers and local stores such as Guillermina Kids, as well as lacemakers' meetings, book presentations and cultural activities over five intense days. The event reaffirmed itself as a showcase for tradition and innovation, and as a tourist and economic driver for Camariñas.
