'ArtEncaixe', an example of the infinite versatility in the application of lace

The 13 artisans participating in this edition demonstrate that this ancient craft can be adapted to different materials. They are: Alfarería La Cacharrera, Lola Logaro, Ondas do Mar, O Rulo, Suso Calo, Encaixa_T, Michael Pérez, Ana Miguéns, Estilo Aramar, Mariví Santos Atelier, Risco Estudio, Tendataller Feituras – María Canedo and Ene de Toba.

The ArtEncaixe parade of the XXXIV Camariñas Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coruña, which premiered in 2021, continues to grow by leaps and bounds and every year the proposals brought by the artisans, who come from all over Galicia, are more varied. 

This year there are 13 artisans from all over Galicia who demonstrate that lace is versatile and can be adapted to different materials as a fashion accessory. 

The parade is made up of: Alfarería La Cacharrera (Buño pottery), Lola Logaro (textile artisan), Ondas do Mar (textile artisan), O Rulo (Buño pottery), Suso Calo (jewelry), Encaixa_T (local textile artisan), Michael Pérez (local textile artisan), Ana Miguéns (jewelry), Estilo Aramar (textile artisan), Mariví Santos Atelier (palilleira), Risco Estudio (Buño pottery), Tendataller Feituras – María Canedo (Buño pottery) and Ene de Toba (local textile artisan).
