Yolanda Román: From the Mostra Catwalk to collaborating with Horizon magazine

Yolanda Román, winner of the 26th edition of the Mostra's New Designers Competition, participated in her first collaboration with HORIZONT magazine, specifically in its 14th issue. The young designer participated with names from the fashion world, such as Sara Vigo.

It was precisely Vigo Rodiño who contacted Yolanda, due to the quality of her collection, to propose this collaboration. With water as the protagonist, since it is made in the Fervenza da Toxa, in Silleda, the garments transmit delicacy and strength, like this protagonist element in the collaboration.

It is worth noting that this collection, with which Yolanda won the last New Designers competition that was held, is characterized by Camariñas Lace, an element that gives the garments distinction, with the craftsmanship of our toothpicks as its flagship.

'It's the first time I've collaborated with a magazine, and doing it with this project seemed tremendously positive. It was many hours of intense work but I think it was worth it,' says Román.
