Today, Thursday, April 2, the 29 finalists participating in the XXXII New Designers Competition, a commitment by the organization to emerging talent, took to the catwalk for the first time at this XXXV Camari\u00f1as Lace Exhibition, Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of the selected people belong to the following schools: Valencia, Susa Su\u00e1rez Santiago de Compostela, SD Mestre Mateo, Sevilla School of Fashion, Barreira A+D, Granada Design Station, Artediez Madrid, Cesine Cantabria and Goymar School of Design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 25 collections will be paraded on the catwalk of the XXXV Mostra do Encaixe de Camari\u00f1as: Amodi\u00f1o, As b\u00e1goas, Expediente 1885, Arch\u00e9, El Velo del Tiempo, Tecidas na Terra, Albor, Araiz, Voces del duelo, As vi\u00favas dos vivos, Candelaria, Vestixios do mor\u00e1na, Al\u00e9n, Febra, Cuerpos Sumergidos, Love Buried, Cuarto menguante, Mater Sanct, Auricas, Symbiosis, Pearls of the sea, Between wood and tide, Untamed, Between skin and structure and The coast that speaks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of the competition is to encourage and promote the application of Camari\u00f1as lace in fashion. The main novelty of this edition is that prizes will be awarded to the four best collections, based on the evaluation of the official jury. The first prize will consist of 2,100 euros, the second of 1,200 euros, the third of 700 euros and the fourth of 500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, April 5, the jury's verdict will be announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
