Today, Thursday 2 April, the literary presentations of the Camari\u00f1as Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a began. The main authors of the day were Nerea Pallares, with her work 'Punto de Ara\u00f1a' and Anxo Mouzo, with 'A Princesa Dourada'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018'Punto de Ara\u00f1a', by Nerea Pallares, has already been awarded the Garc\u00eda Barros Prize. This work immerses us in a marine and choral story set on our Costa da Morte, woven with the voices of three generations of women. It is a true and beautiful tribute to the hands that work in silence and weave the invisible webs that sustain us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mayor, Sandra Insua, highlighted that from the City Council "we feel very proud to see the essence of our people and the spirit of our women reflected in this work, something that connects deeply with the tireless work of our own palilleiras.".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, 'The Golden Princess', is the first novel by Camelle resident Anxo Mouzo Moreira. This work of youth fantasy masterfully mixes magic and epic with the daily life of the Costa da Morte. In this story Xos\u00e9 and Marica show that great adventures and fantastic kingdoms can also be born from our streets and our people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upcoming presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The literary program will continue on Friday, April 3<\/strong> at 12:00 with the presentation of 'Accusing Angels' by its author, Diego Garrote. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Saturday, April 4<\/strong> the venue will host two new events. At 11:40 am, Alfonso de Sas will present '1898 \u2013 The Absent Father', the last part of the trilogy of 'El Cementerio de los Ingleses'. Finally, that same Saturday at 12:00 pm, 'A Costa da Morte, naturalmente \u00fanica' by Xan Fern\u00e1ndez Carrera and Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez will be presented, an act that will be hosted by Pepe Formoso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
