Sea Waves <\/em>and Andion Clothing, <\/em>two names known to the public, will be in the parades of the Great Brands of the thirty-fifth edition of the Camari\u00f1as Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josefina Campa\u00f1a, from Camari\u00f1as, makes the leap this year to the Grandes Firmas catwalk from the ArtEncaixe one, in which she participated in the last two editions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c"As a good Camari\u00f1ana, I feel very proud to teach our tradition, what our mothers have been instilling in us. These years I have been building my brand and on this thirty-fifth anniversary I want to show the World that Sea Waves<\/em><\/strong> "It is a unique signature made of Encaixe de Camari\u00f1as designs, mixed with the garment itself," says Josefina Campa\u00f1a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSince I was little, we were always told that lace was for table linen, towels, bed sets\u2026 And as I grew up, they realized that I could mix this product with paint, which is another of my passions. Every second of my life I have an idea in my head, every time I see something I take it to my place, to my Camari\u00f1as lace. Over the years, I have changed my way of thinking, and today I will be parading with some designs in the Big Brands category.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign will present \u201cthe mixture of the design of the Lace and the thread, the mixture of ideas that comes out every second in my head and I will show that my Lace, which comes out of my hands, is unique. Not because it is better than anyone else's, but because only one piece of each is made. I want to show the world that Sea Waves<\/em> It's worth it, and it's very worth it," he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Camari\u00f1ana thanks "my partner and my daughters, who support me in everything I do, and I'm proud of that. We are a team and without them I couldn't have done this."\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSince I was little I used to go with my mother to Camari\u00f1as, to the Mostra, which she was always part of or involved in some way. So I'm not only participating for the third year; the Mostra has been part of my life in one way or another. This year we wanted to give even more prominence to the Lace and we took a step further, since we are going for the contemporary bride but always with a tradition-based approach to fabrics. Coming to the Mostra and seeing with your own eyes the work behind it, that process that is so beautiful, so laborious and so unique, helps to value what we do and also helps to change the perspective when it comes to investing in something that is also worth it, because it has a history behind it and, above all, a future ahead\u201d, says Carmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
