The children of the municipal Palillo School are the future of lace and the Mostra and that is why, year after year, the Camari\u00f1as Lace Show is used by the Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a to recognize their work. On this occasion, they will receive a very special gift: the book 'Un viaje por el espacio', by \u00c1gueda Antelo from Camari\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gift presentation, in which the author herself will participate, will take place on Saturday, April 19, starting at 1:30 p.m. when the always exciting and fun PequEncaixe parade ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The book 'A Journey Through Space' is the result of the Master's Final Project of \u00c1gueda Antelo, who studied Early Childhood Education and then did the Master's in Psychology Applied to Educational Contexts. The work consisted of making an intervention in the process of organizing story writing in Early Childhood Education children and she decided to carry it out in the 5-year-old classrooms of the schools of Camari\u00f1as and Ponte do Porto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"To do the work I needed a topic that would give me a lot of material and that's why I decided to choose space with its planets, asteroids, Martians... It was 8 weeks of intervention at the Camari\u00f1as school and every day I arrived, I told the children a little about the story of my book and from there we worked on various activities related to space. The whole intervention was linked to a story with which they were familiar", indicates the author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delivery of this gift will take place on Saturday, April 19, starting at 1:30 p.m. after the PequEncaixe parade.<\/p>\n

The author created this book as a Master's thesis on an intervention in the organizational process of story writing for children in Early Childhood Education.<\/p>\n
