{"id":3764,"date":"2022-04-20T09:53:07","date_gmt":"2022-04-20T09:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mostra.es\/?p=3764"},"modified":"2022-04-20T09:53:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-20T09:53:09","slug":"the-worlds-lace-returns-to-the-shows-catwalk-in-a-day-of-premieres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostra.es\/en\/actualidade\/prensa\/o-encaixe-do-mundo-volta-a-pasarela-da-mostra-nunha-xornada-de-estreas\/","title":{"rendered":"The lace of the world returns to the Mostra catwalk in a day of premieres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The second day of the XXXI Camari\u00f1as Lace Fair of the Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a was dominated by the International Delegations, who showed on the catwalk that lace knows no borders and that theirs was a long-awaited return after not being able to attend the thirtieth edition of the event due to restrictions resulting from the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year the international lacemakers come from Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"New Designers Competition 2022 GROUP A\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LT9x5LucFxc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the participants of the XXVIII New Designers competition also entered the scene on the Mostra do Encaixe catwalk, in which a total of 4,500 euros in prizes will be distributed and a total of 25 young people who are taking their first steps in the world of fashion will participate. The popular jury was present at this first fashion show, and took good note of the collections of groups &#039;A&#039; and &#039;B&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another of the novelties of the second day of the thirty-first edition of the Mostra was that of the 12 artisans who came from different parts of Galicia who form the ArtEncaixe parade, demonstrating that lace is versatile and can be adapted to different materials.
