{"id":3606,"date":"2022-04-07T18:26:39","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T18:26:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mostra.es\/?p=3606"},"modified":"2022-04-07T18:26:41","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T18:26:41","slug":"serpent-beer-will-be-presented-at-the-xxxi-show-of-dressing-room-lace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostra.es\/en\/actualidade\/prensa\/a-cervexa-serpent-sera-presentada-na-xxxi-mostra-do-encaixe-de-camarinas\/","title":{"rendered":"The &#039;Serpent&#039; beer will be presented at the XXXI Camari\u00f1as Lace Exhibition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The XXXI Camari\u00f1as Lace Exhibition will be the framework for the official presentation to the public of the &#039;Serpent&#039; beer, a project by C\u00e9sar de Le\u00f3n, a native of Dor (A Ponte do Porto) and raised in Xavi\u00f1a, which, as its name indicates, has an indisputable link with Camari\u00f1as and its history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe project was born in 2000 but, due to financial issues, I was unable to move forward with it until 2021, the year in which we began setting up the brewery in a warehouse in the Carballo industrial estate, to begin manufacturing in November,\u201d says C\u00e9sar de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He explains that at the moment there are three types of &#039;Serpent&#039; beers: &quot;a lager, the typical beer that everyone drinks; a pale lager, very similar to lager but the malts change; and a Franciscan, which is an IPA with quite a few floral notes and a hop flavor&quot;. What will not change is the essence of the project since \u201cmy goal is not to do large-scale distribution, my beer is designed to be a gourmet product, I don&#039;t want to sell volume, I want to sell quality\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today anyone can find &#039;Serpent&#039; beer in: Camari\u00f1as, at the O Bico restaurant, at the Camari\u00f1as Yacht Club, at the Marina, at the Ari\u00f1o bar, at the O Rojo restaurant; in Vimianzo, in Carballo, at the Finisterre lighthouse or at the Carnota lighthouse.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The presentation will be on Thursday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria area but can be enjoyed any day at the bar.
