The XXX Camari\u00f1as Lace Exhibition of the Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a is already underway, an edition that has been described on multiple occasions as "the most and is being held in the month of October after having to be postponed on two occasions due to the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mayor of Camari\u00f1as, Sandra Insua, the government delegate in Galicia, Jos\u00e9 Mi\u00f1ones, and the president of the Provincial Council of A Coru\u00f1a, Valent\u00edn Gonz\u00e1lez Formoso, were in charge of cutting the lace ribbon that symbolically marks the start of the Mostra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandra Insua, in her second edition as mayor, stated that \u201cthe whole of Camari\u00f1as needed a psychological boost like the one that the celebration of the Mostra do Encaixe gives us because without the Mostra we are less strong, we are further away from each other.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSuspending the Mostra was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make and changing it to October is yet another act of responsibility,\u201d confessed the mayor, who added that \u201cfrom today until Tuesday we will once again be a place full of life and excitement.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
